Yes, many of our shops also offer fun sports equipment for rent – from bigfoots and snowshoes to helmet cameras and snowbikes. When you book online, you can see the fun sports equipment displayed directly in the product overview of the respective location. You can also contact our RENTertainers on site to find out which equipment the shop has in stock.

You can only log in with the same e-mail address that you used to register with us either at the local shop at check-in or during your first online reservation. Please check again whether you have really entered the correct e-mail address. If you have saved a previous booking confirmation, this document tells you which e-mail address was used.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password via the login screen. Simply click on “Forgot password?”. We will immediately send you a new password by e-mail. You can then log in with this temporary password and change your password to a new one under “My account > Edit personal profiles > Login data”.

In order to prepare your equipment in the best possible way, we need information about your body measurements – for example, your height and weight for the correct binding setting. What’s more, with your registration, you also benefit from all the advantages of being an INTERSPORT Rent regular customer. You can view and change your reservations at any time, and we’ll remember your rental history and the personal profiles you have created. This helps you save time during your next online reservation process.
No, you also have the option of completing your reservation as a guest. However, you will not be able to view or change your reservation online afterwards, you won’t see an overview of your rental history, and you won’t benefit from our advantages for regular customers.
You can easily cancel your reservation in your customer account. For reservations made in Switzerland, you must have selected the cancellation option during the booking process.
No, you only need to show our RENTertainers the reservation number or the reservation barcode on your smartphone.
You can collect your skis or snowboard in the afternoon before your first rental day. Pick-up in our shops is free of charge from 4 p.m. on the day before.
Important: In summer, bikes cannot be collected from all shops on the day before. To be on the safe side, please contact your selected rental location!
You will receive the booking confirmation between ten minutes and one hour after completing your reservation. It will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

Simply select your preferred rental location, the rental period and your desired equipment! The total price will be displayed in your shopping cart, and you will immediately see the online discount you will receive.
Yes, in our INTERSPORT Rent shops in Austria and Switzerland, you can rent high-quality ski clothing for children and adults. This saves space in your suitcase – and: Especially for children, rental clothing is often the optimal solution if you don’t want to buy a new set every year.
Good to know: Hygiene is a top priority at INTERSPORT Rent. After each return, all equipment is carefully cleaned, dried and waterproofed.

The categories Economy, Premium and Superior differ in various aspects, among them: the riding characteristics of the skis, the design as well as the technology. You can find equipment for every need and preference. Here’s a brief overview:
- Skis in the Economy category are solid all-mountain skis that are best suited for beginners, children and price-conscious skiers. They are easy to use and offer a lot of comfort on the slopes.
- If you place a lot of value on the material and are already somewhat advanced in your skiing skills, then we recommend the Premium category. Skis in this category boast very good materials, optimal handling characteristics and a cool design.
- One level above that is the Superior category (Switzerland: Exclusive): our high-end skis (not available in all shops). These high-performance skis offer you the most innovative technologies and are best suited for particularly ambitious skiers.

Ski poles are included in the rental price. Adults have to pay a small rental fee for the helmet. In many INTERSPORT Rent shops in Austria, children and teenagers up to the age of 14 receive a children’s ski helmet free of charge for the entire rental period.
