Verbier: winter sports adventures in the 4 Vallées ski area

Off-piste fun, mountain views & relaxation

The village of Verbier in the Swiss canton of Valais is part of the largest ski area in Switzerland: 4 Vallées. Nestled in the stunning landscape of the Swiss mountains, Verbier offers numerous winter sports options. Skiing and snowboarding, freeriding in excellent powder-snow conditions, ski touring in a breathtakingly beautiful natural setting or cross-country skiing on perfectly groomed trails are only a few of them …

Not far from Verbier, you’ll find the villages of Savoleyres, La Tzoumaz, Nendaz, Veysonnaz, Thyon – Les Collons, Les Masses and Bruson. Among freeride enthusiasts, Verbier is known as one of the first "off-piste" ski resorts in the Alps.

The highest point of the resort is the summit of Mont Fort and, at an altitude of 3,330 metres, Verbier is the third-highest ski resort in Switzerland. Only the two ski resorts of Zermatt and Saas-Fee are located even higher.
