Families can usually be found on the Hütterer Böden in Hinterstoder. No wonder, because that’s where the Sunny Kids Park is. The largest children's ski area in Upper Austria boasts a ski carousel, practice lift, magic carpet, wave run, and more. Another highlight for cool kids is the action-packed SNOWtrail family adventure run to the right of Hirschkogel ski run.
Daredevils hurl themselves down the "Inferno" on Hösskogel, the steepest ski run at Hinterstoder-Höss ski resort. On the Sonnkogel speed course, those with a need for speed can show everyone what they’re made of. And the resort’s longest downhill run (number 13) impresses skiers and snowboarders with stunning scenic views of the surrounding mountains.
A special kind of adventure: On the “Höss Totale” and “Höss Tour” ski circuits, you can get to know the Hinterstoder-Höss ski resort in all its facets!

The start of the loop is at Hütterer Böden middle station, which you can reach either with the six-person cable car or via the toll road. A two-kilometre-long winter hiking trail also starts there.
There are two classic tracks and a skating track on the high-altitude trail. From the start of the trail, you follow the course for around three kilometres through gentle terrain to Edtbauernalm.
