Super service. Bestes Beispiel dafur: Am Ende der Urlaub waren Skis meiner Frau auf dem Berg verschwunden, verwechselt wahrscheinlich. Intersport Penz angerufen und dass war alles kein problem. Uberige Skis der Familie eingewechselt und es gab keine extra kosten oder so wass. Scheinbar normal aber fur uns ein Zeichen das der Kunde bei Penz auf nummer Eins steht. Danke!

Ich war völlig zufrieden, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war echt super. Hab ein paar Wochen vorher online bestellt, da gab es obendrauf noch Rabatt und vor Ort ging alles ganz schnell, obwohl einige schon vor der Tür warteten, dass das Geschäft öffnet, um sich ihre Sachen abholen zu können.

So as with anything these days, it’s the people that make the business. He has to shop was convenient right next to Hotel.Gabl, but the staff made all the difference. Even though we did not have a formal reservation, they jumped right in and allowed us to register, the quality of the equipment was excellent, the ability to swap products out and also overnight storage was easy, convenient and a huge help to our stay. Many thanks to your hard-working staff, especially those who were there at peak times in the morning in the afternoons when masses of customers were in and out, but usually in a very short time.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and flexible (we rent for kids, including a 4-year-old first time skiier...). The little one refused to try anything on the first day and we were offered flexible approach by the team for the following days. Thanks to that our kid finally tried skiing a few days later on.
