Cannot fault the service I received. The team in the shop provided me with excellent ski equipment to match my level of skiing. They listened carefully to my requests and also gave me good advice when I was buying some ski clothing. What I really appreciated was that the service was very personable , and staff willingly gave time, and made time , for the customers.

Simon and the Team at Intersport are great, we have been going to them for ski's & boots for more years than I care to remember! Alle im Geschäft mit denen ich zu tun hatte waren sehr freundlich und herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit beim Dateneingeben im Computer. Die mir empfohlenen Ski passten perfekt zu meiner Fahrweise, ich fühlte mich sehr wohl damit.

The staff that helped me were all great. I had an issue with boots due to an op on my foot last year, they were sympathetic, understood and sorted me out. I had to go back for an adjustment - all dealt with in minutes. They were so helpful and friendly. It was much applicated the boots were great and so comfortable. Thank you. If I'm out in Langenfeld next year I will be back to them

The staff at both Intersport shops (Nasserein and St Anton) were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had to change our daughter’s boots after two days and the second pair fitted were perfect. Great service!

The team in the shop were amazing. They laughed at my 21year old boots and assured me I would be back in a few days… They were right! They were really helpful, trying to find boots for me to buy and recommended one they couldn’t supply. Instead of making me buy something that wasn’t suitable, they rented me boots for three days and didn’t even charge. my family and I had a really excellent experience with them and couldn’t recommend them more highly to everyone!

The best ski shop experience I've had so far! I've rented from other Intersport shops too, but the staff here is great, getting the equipment is very quick and easy, and the quality is much better that other places I've been to. Tomo from Newcastle (if I've remembered his name correctly) was suuper nice and helpful! Thanks for the fantastic service! :)

Tomo (a Geordie via Durham, now pseudo-Austrian, perhaps with a bit of Scottish and a little knowledge of the West Country thrown in) at Intersport Lech was really great: went above-and-beyond to help our family of four including two first-timer children. I was very pleased with everything! The bindings did the job, But it was the only component that I would consider was below the premium upgrade I purchased. The toe strap came undone 2xs. So I had to keep close eye on it. Other wise it was a great experience I will use your gear again!
