Seit einigen Jahren leihen wir unsere Ski im Sporthaus Lech -Zentrum und sind absolut zufrieden. Auch nutzen wir gerne das Skidepot vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind alle extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit (ganz besonders Tomo). Sie tragen einem die Ski nach oben und wenn sie Zeit haben helfen sie einem sogar die Skischuhe an- oder auszuziehen. Vielen Dank für so einen super Service! Wir werden weiterhin Kunden bleiben! Quick and easy process for renting skis. The staff were very friendly and made me aware of my options. At one stage one of my skis had caught on something, and developed a small tear on the edge. They were exchanged without any questions - such hood customer service!

Es müsste eine Greecard geben für Reiseveranstsllter, da diese Person meist später zum Verleih kommt, da dieser zuerst seine Gäste abwickeln muss und am Bus zuerst klar Schiff machen muss bevor er auf die Piste kommt. Wir bringen seit Jahren immer ca. 100 Personen ins Skigebiet, davon sind ca.30-40 Personen dabei die ihre Ausrüstung im Shop holen, da wir meist schon um halb acht da sind funktioniert das recht gut, aber der Reiseleiter kommt meist um halb zehn oder zehn zum Shop, bis er dann fertig ist, ist es halb zwölf bis ich auf den Pisten bin.

They are so helpful, they help me with the computer side of booking, they adjusted my boots, gave me some great advice on which ski's to use. Die Einstellungen bei den Skiern unseres 6-jährigen waren falsch und die Skier sind am ersten Tag der Skischule ständig abgefallen. Das war ein buckeliger Start für die Skischule. Nach der Korrektur war dann alles okay.

Mein erster Berater war sehr nett, obwohl er schlecht Deutsch besser Englisch konnte (kein Problem für mich). Die Ski waren nicht optimal für mich und ich habe am 20.1. abends getauscht. Der MA hat mir leider gar nicht zugehört und so bin ich am 2. Tag wieder auf Skiern gefahren, die nicht zu mir passten. An dem Abend (21.1.) hatte ich endlich einen guten MA und habe die Skier direkt nach dem Verleih gekauft. Auch hier war der MA (Chef der Bergstation) top.

Es wäre toll, wenn Euer Team offener kommuniziert, in welcher Sprache man am besten mit den Mitarbeitenden spricht. Es ging viel Zeit verloren, weil der Kollege nicht direkt gesagt hat, dass er lieber Englisch sprechen würde. Ist ja kein Thema und würde zB durch Buttons mit den Flaggen oder so ganz einfach gehen :)

Thank you so much for an excellent rental service. The skis and boots were of very good quality and the service very professional and friendly. I changed skis after a few days (Superior package) and got to try out two different types. Also very much appreciated the warm ski & boot storage facility...:) The location of the shop could not have been better, being right across the street from Nassereinbahn. And the staff was very welcoming all the time. When in Sankt Anton next - I know where to come to hire skis! Have a great rest of the season 2026. -Juho
