Hat alles super geklappt. Der Mitarbeiter Michael war sehr gründlich und hat alles ausführlich erklärt. Außerdem ein sehr sympathischer Typ. An der Bergstation Hochjoch müssten mehr Ladestationen für E-Bikes errichtet werden

Super Service und Lieferung, sowie Erklärung vor Ort. Leider wurde ich von zwei völlig unterschiedlichen Telefonnummern kontaktiert, was etwas verwirrend war. Trotzdem bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Alles prima geregeld, behalve de keuze mogelijkheden: ook kregen wij zonder extra uitleg fietsen die duurder waren dan buiten stond aangegeven (had waarschijnlijk te maken met de gewichtsklasse) maar die waren 59 euro ipv 39 euro. Voor de mountainkart was er keuze óf 1x een afdaling óf gelijk de gehele dag huren. Andere mogelijkheden (een paar uur of een halve dag waren er niet)

Ausgabestelle in Schruns etwas beengt gerade bei Stoßzeiten. Evtl weniger Räder aufstellen ? Kostenfreier Parkplatz hätte uns gefreut da wir mit Auto kamen und dieses in der Tiefgarage abstellen mussten.
