We were very pleased with the ability to try on ski gear and to be charged only for what we used. Because snow in town was less than hoped, we returned our gear early and were refunded the difference. Very convenient for us to try skiing and snowboarding without prior experience.

Das Team um Alexandra, Jochen und Sascha ist höchst kompetent, sehr herzlich und immer aufmerksam. Es ist einfach ein schönes Gefühl dort immer die sehr gut präparierten Ski auszuleihen. Aber abseits vom Geschäft ist auch immer ein freundliches Gespräch, ein lockerer Scherz und ein aktueller Hinweis dabei, der uns als Kunden einfach sympathisch abholt und auch gleich das richtige Urlaubs-Feeling aufkommen lässt. Es gab nur Probleme mit der Sprache. Da ich nicht sehr gut englisch spreche, war die Verständigung nicht optimal. Dies konnten wir aber gut meistern, da mein Sohn sehr gut englisch spricht. Wäre er aber nicht dabei gewesen, hätte ich schon Probleme bekommen, alles zu verstehen.
