Ich habe mir das Polygon Collossus N9 ausgeliehen, das für die Downhill-Trails super gepasst hat. Ich hatte mir das Bike über das Internet für einen Tag ausgeliehen. Richtig klasse fand ich, dass ich nach der Rückkgabe des Bikes nach einem halben Tag wieder €20,- zurückerstattet bekam. Ich hatte bei der Abholung praktisch keine Wartezeit und das Team war super freundlich. Vielen Dank!!

Wir haben auf Anfrage einen Fahrradanhänger erhalten, welche uns der Mitarbeiter aus ddm Keller geholt hatte - eine Art Kindersitz-Nachläufer. Unser Kind war begeistert und für uns war es viel geeigneter als ein Kiki oder ein herkömmlicher Kindersitz!! Wir bedanken uns für das Engagement der aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter!!

Ownership and staff was wonderful. very helpful and insightful with recommended options for us on our Mountain biking fun. everyone at the shop was great and would highly recommend them for any recreational rental options. We even rented soccer balls to have fun on the fields nearby

My wife and I are retailers so I feel like we tend to be more judgmental of service and selection than most customers. I notice that most captive audience sort of environments generally provide a pretty bad experience because they don't need to do more than the minimum. I felt like your prices were fair and your service was exceptional despite having an audience that would likely buy regardless. That says a lot about a companies values to me.

Service im Shop wirklich toll, sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent. Leider hatte das KTM Ebike Fully nur ein Programm (mit höchster Unterstützung) und knarrte bei Belastung - minimierte somit den Fahrspass. Ausleihen und Rückgabe sehr unkompliziert und unproblematisch.

Quality was based on the first bike I got. It had fairly poor suspension - the Rockshox Judy were not great for the type of riding in Sölden, but the guys in the store sorted out a much nicer spec of bike which changed my riding experience in the trails. They were very helpful throughout the 5 days of rental

Second time in hiring bikes from Intersport Breitfuss at Hinterglemm, and again excellent helpful & friendly service from Daniela and her team. Being a Trek demo store all the bikes are in excellent condition and well maintained, with all the latest models and spec. The Slash+ 9.7 was an excellent choice for the trails around Hinterglemm & Saalbach. I do like the option of returning the bikes back to the store in the later afternoon, the store mechanics then check them over and charge the bikes, ready for your next days ridding.

Wir dachten zunächst, dass wir den Trail aufgrund des Regens nicht fahren könnten, auf Nachfrage hat man uns dann einen Gutschein angeboten, um an einem anderen Tag zu fahren. Das fanden wir sehr sehr nett und entgegenkommend, die Sicherheit unserer Familie stand hier im Vordergrund. Top.. später konnten wir dann den 15 km langen super gut gepflegten Trail doch noch fahren. Ein toller Tag👍

Can't recommend Intersport Breitfuss enough. They have a great atmosphere and are willing to do anything for you. They recommend good bike routes and fix your bikes for you every day if needed. You are in good hands with them. Highly recommend them.

We waren over het algemeen tevreden over de service en de mountainbikes die we huurden. Bij het ophalen werd er tijd gemaakt om de fietsen af te stellen op onze grootte en uitleg te geven. We vonden het wel vreemd dat er weinig aandacht besteed werd toen we de E-mountainbikes terug brachten. We zetten ze voor de zaak en zeiden dat we de bikes terugbrachten, maar daar werd weinig op gereageerd. Toen we nogmaals vroegen of we nog iets moesten doen, dan was dit niet nodig. Er werd niet echt nog iets gevraagd of afgetekend/genoteerd dat we de fietsen binnengebracht hadden.

We were welcomed immediately on arrival and taken to the rental area where the operation of the bikes was explained to us. The Premium hardtail bikes were fantastic, very light and with a good range of gears. Some felt the e-bikes were heavy and hard to manoeuvre and one lady found hers hard to step through, but they were also of high quality and took us to places we wouldn't have been able to visit otherwise - for example the fabulous mountain breakfast at Seidlalm. We had one chain breakage, unfortunately on top of Hochsöll which required a return to the shop but it was quickly replaced.
