From the moment we walked into the shop. The lady directed from the entry level to see Mario who was a legend in St.Anton I would say. During our rental a family member was sick. Intersport refunded remaining days of her Ski's and hire equipment no questions asked. It was a delight to rent our equipment from them. Any problems they say bring it back to any one of our 3 shops in St.Anton and they would fix. Boots not right, Ski's not right something needs adjusting bring it back. We will fix. They go beyond. Absolutely Brilliant Experience. And their equipment is 1st class. Thanks so much for being a part of our holiday. The Best.

Die Organisation vor Ort ist eine Katastrophe, wir mussten über eine Stunde warten. Wir standen in diesem viel zu kleinen Laden und nichts ging voran. So einen schlecht organisierten Skiverleih haben wir noch nirgends erlebt.

Rabatt von -10% für Frosch Sportreisen wurde nachträglich nicht anerkannt. Die ersten empfohlenen Schuhe waren viel zu klein. Danach Schuhpaar gewechselt.

Toll, dass man Skier wo anders zurück geben kann. Gemietet in Lauterbrunnen in Wengen zurückgeben. Abgabe war super schnell. Online Reservation geht nur am Vortag - macht doch Sinn, wenn ich am selben Tag reservieren kann und meine Daten schon im System habe (ich sitze um 6:00 im Zug und reserviere meine Skier). Miet-Kauf - wäre auch toll. Ich miete 3-mal pro Saison und könnte dann kaufen.
