Excellent service from initial check in (where the gear was already in my locker - superb!) to our final day. Quick, friendly, efficient. Even had an issue where someone mistakingly took my skis but the staff sorted me an alternative quickly and I was back on the slopes in no time.

Für uns ist die Möglichkeit zur Miete von Skiboxen direkt bei der Bergstation Hochjoch ein Megaluxus, der die Ferien noch besser macht, als sie es schon sind. Der skischultechnisch frühmorgendliche Stress reduziert sich damit auf den Zeitfaktor, der logistische Aspekt ist immerhin abgedeckt. Wir erleben das Team vor Ort als mega freundlich und lustig, wobei es ein sehr authentisches Stimmungsbild ist, unaufgeregt und gechillt, da wird nichts vorgespielt und das finde ich herrlich angenehm. Zudem ist viel Fachwissen verfügbar, die Mitarbeitenden wissen, von was sie reden. Die Mietpreise sind sehr fair (gerade im direkten Vergleich mit Davos in der Schweiz, wo man für ein wirklich unterirdisch schlechtes Depot locker 250 chf pro Woche hinblättert).

Ich war von der Abwicklung begeistert: Wir hatten ein Depot mit gemietet gehabt und dort war die gesamte Ausrüstung bereits hinterlegt, so dass wir nur noch die Tickets an der Kassa abholen mussten. Ausrüstung hat gut gepasst. Verleih und Depot in der Liftstation und gleich neben der Piste sind natürlich absolut Top. Nettes Personal die die erforderliche Ruhe ausstrahlen. War perfekt

The staff were extremely helpful and handled things quickly. A person of particular note was Sebastian (apologies if I spelt the name incorrectly) who spared no expense whatsoever in assisting us throughout the rental process and was happy to assist us in understanding the way the charges were handled on the receipt. The only annoyance I had was the way online charges were handled. They were handled as a discount at the checkout, as opposed to items already purchased, which was confusing.

Reserved online via phone - same day pickup without any issues. Quick info on how I can check out the equipment at any Intersport store, super convenient for the last day planning. Overall a fairly priced and 10%- discounted rental experience and 10/10 customer handling on my end. A good friend ran into a very unpleasant worker and was very much unhappy, let‘s hope it was just a bad day‘ occasion, other than that 9,5/10 from my end :)
