It would have been nice if we had been allowed to drive close to the store for a few minutes to return the equipment, instead of having to park far away and carry all the heavy gear.

Fantastic shop - everyone was very friendly, experienced, and quick to get me fitted out with skis and boots. It was very easy to rent and store my ski equipment overnight. When I had a ski boot issue, I went back to the shop and one of the employees was quick to identify an issue and swap out the boots. Thank you for the great experience!

Wir hatten für 2 Tage Schi ausgeliehen, leider konnten wir nur einen Tag nutzen. Es war überhaupt kein Problem, das Geld für einen Tag retour zu bekommen. Ein großes Lob an das Team im Shop für die perfekte Beratung und die unkomplizierte rasche Abwicklung.

Wir durften sogar jeder einmal die Ski tauschen, da das erste Paar Ski nicht ganz zu uns gepasst hat. Die Verkäufer waren äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Die Qualität der Schuhe und auch der Ski war optimal. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ihr habt insgesamt ein sehr zugewandtes und sehr nettes Team. Bei der Ausleihe schätze ich eure Flexibilität. Es wäre schön, wenn man bei euch auch den ein oder anderen Proteinriegel kaufen könnte und nicht nur den Süßkram wie Mars etc. Ansonsten weiter so.

The store manager, I believe she's the young woman, was very polite and accommodating to the customer's requests, especially very small ones. I would advise her staff to adopt the same approach, as treating a customer poorly and superficially is enough to keep them from coming back. Thank you.
