I really want to just thank the entire team, who made our trip really easy and lots of fun. We had three kids and me and Christopher, Ollie, Reuben, Afram, and Tanisha were all fantastic and a real credit to you and the company... my partner came for a few days and she was a beginner too, and the team once again helped and went above and beyond to make sure things like her boots, skis and everything else worked well for her. Oliver was amazing. Verry efficient, very knowledgeable, and a great listener. As a first-time visitor to Flumserberg, he spent time to explain the resort and suggest trails that suited my skiing level. Much appreciated!
