Wie immer, freundlich, kompetent und man fühlt sich wohl. Es ist immer ein vergnügen, wenn man das Gebäude betritt um sich das Equipment auszuleihen. Wir sehen uns nächsten Winter ;)

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Obwohl ich die Ausrüstung einen Tag länger hatte als ursprünglich vereinbart und bezahlt, musste ich nichts nachzahlen (ok, der Ort war nicht erreichbar wegen Lawinengefahr und das Geschäft hatte gar nicht auf, aber trotzdem hätte ja argumentiert werden können, das ist das eigene Risiko). Also von dem her, wirklich super! Und total unkomplizierte Abwicklung.
