The wait is often too long. In fact I see little benefit to booking ahead because I was stuck in line behind people that did not book in advance. Perhaps it might be worth dedicating a counter to people who have pre-booked rentals with all of their details?

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir haben gleich noch ein Occasion E-Bike gekauft, welchen wir nächsten Samstag abholen können. Leider hatte es keines mehr in der Grüsse M sonst hätten wir gleich 2 gekauft.

The advice about ski boot fittings - and also which skis to go for - was all great. The service was excellent. We had one person who wanted to change their skis after day one - that was arranged and an exchange made without any fuss at all. We were very looked after very well by all of the team.
