Joel hat mich super beraten: mit dem Head supershape e-Rally hatte ich den ganzenTag Spaß auf der Piste. Sehr guter Kantengriff und schnelle Turns auf eisiger Piste und keine Probleme am Nachmittag im sulzigen Schnee dank der etwas breiteren Schaufel. Die beste Beratung und der beste Skischuh seit Jahren. Absolute Empfehlung für dieses Fachgeschäft. Noch dazu sind alle sehr freundlich :-)

Top Service bei Intersport in Gaschurn. Meine Freunde haben dort Skischuhe gekauft und wurden von Nicki beraten. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen, die Füsse genau vermessen und verschiedene Modelle angepasst. Druckstellen wurden direkt geprüft und korrigiert. Am Ende passten die Skischuhe perfekt. Fester Halt, keine Schmerzen, gutes Gefühl auf der Piste. Kompetent, freundlich und ehrlich. Klare Empfehlung. Danke Nicki!

Zeer goed en vriendelijk geholpen bij dit Intersport filiaal in Gerlos. * De (eigen) skischoenen van mij jongste dochter werd daar belangeloos en naar tevredenheid aangepast. * De gehuurde snowboard set van mijn oudste dochter kon zonder problemen en meerprijs omgeruild worden voor een ski-set. * Mijn gehuurde ski's werden door iemand anders (ene Klaas) uit de gondel weggenomen en liet mij achter met zijn ski's. De Intersport tackelde ook dit probleem direct. Helemaal Top!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to find the right pair of boots and were happy to change them when my husband and I both had comfort issues after our first day of skiing. Their experience and product knowledge was exceptional and very helpful when you’re over the other side of the world skiing without your usual equipment!

Bei einer einzelnen Onlinebuchung verläuft der Prozess reibungslos. In meinem Fall musste ich jedoch mehrere Buchungen mit unterschiedlichen Daten vornehmen, wodurch es zu Schwierigkeiten kam. Nach zwei bis drei Buchungen wurde jeweils ein Betrugsverdacht angezeigt. Aus diesem Grund konnte ich nicht alle Reservierungen am selben Tag abschliessen und musste sie auf mehrere Tage verteilen. Da die Buchungen separat erfasst werden mussten, war vor Ort im System nicht ersichtlich, dass diese zusammengehören. Dies führte zu Unklarheiten. Das Team vor Ort hat uns jedoch sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit unterstützt.

OMG!! All I can say is it’s the best shop we have ever used, the fact that we could leave our skies in the shop as it wasn’t ski in and ski out accommodation, the fact that the boys went above and beyond helping you, if they weren’t with a customer they would take your skies upstairs to the outside door for you or bring them downstairs at the end of the day, and they were SO FRIENDLY AND HAPPY 😊 that goes a very long way with the customers. Thank you so much for a great experience
