Vielen Dank für die besten Ski ever! Schade, sind die so teuer zu kaufen. Aber ich habe den Tag genossen, die Ski haben alles mitgemacht, voll und ganz zufrieden mit denen. Kein Zittern, wenn man mal schneller unterwegs ist, nichts. Das hatte ich noch nie. Unglaublich direkte Übertragung auf den Ski. Herzlichen Dank!

My second visit to The Great Valluga, also rented with you last year. Same great, personal, and professional service as last year. I bought new ski boots and had them fitted. Needed a couple of tweaks during the week and got top notch assistant from Blair, Phillip and Steve. Love The Great Valluga!

Ich habe bei einer Grösse von 163cm ein 151cm Board bekommen. Auf Anfrage hin, ob das für mich nicht ein wenig gross sei, kam die Antwort ja schon und mir wurde ein 146cm Board gegeben. Zwar ging es relativ schnell, aber für euch und mich ist das unnötig. Ich habe inzwischen online Rechner konsultiert und die vorgeschlagenen Borads waren eher noch keiner.

The baseplate at the tail on one the skis delaminated on day 3. By day 6 it had peeled off by about 5cm. Although I noticed something was wrong I didn't spot the cause until end of day 5 .. too late to rectify. On return of skis, the Ski Tech just shrugged and suggested I might have caused the damage. No apology. No offer of compensation.

My bindings were set too large for my boots. My skis came off on my first turn. Unbelievable incompetence by the shop that could have resulted in me having a serious accident. This would not have happened if my ski boot had been used to set the bindings instead of using an electronic measurement.

Excellent service, fast and efficient , up-to-date ski and snowboard equipment for hire. Nothing is too much trouble. If the equipment does not fit properly, there is no problem exchanging it for something else. Very convenient as the shop is located just below the hotel Bergland. Der Platz zum warten und zum probieren ist limitert. Die Idee das man beim warten einen Kaffee oder Thee trinken kann, ist nicht mal schlecht, jedoch sollte es so sein das jeder einen Ticket nehmen kann und wenn seine Nummer kommt, weiss derjenige das er dran ist. Sonst wartet man vor oder neben der Kasse weil man den Slot nicht verpassen möchte und so einem auf den Füssen trampelt. Auch die Bank für das anprobieren sollte nur für die sein die die Skischuhe probieren müssen und der Vater und Mutter müssen nicjt unbedingt daneben sitzen. Sind so ein paar ideen die auch sofort umgesetzt werden können.

Joel hat mich super beraten: mit dem Head supershape e-Rally hatte ich den ganzenTag Spaß auf der Piste. Sehr guter Kantengriff und schnelle Turns auf eisiger Piste und keine Probleme am Nachmittag im sulzigen Schnee dank der etwas breiteren Schaufel. Die beste Beratung und der beste Skischuh seit Jahren. Absolute Empfehlung für dieses Fachgeschäft. Noch dazu sind alle sehr freundlich :-)
