Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and made a great start to the holiday. It was very easy to get the equipment and to give it back. The only criticism I have is that it could be made a bit clearer whether you have to go to the check-in screens or just to approach the desk when you arrive and there is a queue. But overall great experience. I will happily return to intersport again

Rental prices were extremely high. I am guessing this is due to being the only rental shop in the village. The equipment was not very well serviced and were 2024/25 season stock.

Der gesamte Ablauf verlief reibungslos – von der Reservierung bis zur Rückgabe der Ausrüstung. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und geduldig. Man hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um die passende Ausrüstung für uns auszuwählen, besonders für meine Tochter. Alles wurde sorgfältig angepasst und erklärt. Die Ausrüstung war in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand und sofort einsatzbereit. Außerdem ging alles schnell und gut organisiert, ohne lange Wartezeiten. Wir haben uns bestens betreut gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir wollten 5 Tage Ski fahren mussten aber 2x buchen je 2,5 Tage . Hat auch alles wunderbar funktioniert nur beim 2x mal könnten wir nicht in Gondel 🚠 einsteigen, weil die Karte nicht funktioniert hat… Dann wieder an die Kasse die Karten umtauschen oben noch einmal einchecken und das mit 3 kleinen Kinder Wii sind mit 8 Personen eingereist.Am Schluss hat alles geklappt aber viel Zeit verloren. Es war wie immer einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub wünschen euch alles alles Liebe und bis bald . Wir kommen wieder!!!

The only negative aspect of the rental in Murren is the lack of storage and transportation to / from the ski shops from opposite ends of town. Also, Intersport were described online as "boot-fitting specialists" but I didn't get the sense that the people helping us with our boots were particularly knowledgeable.
