Die Mitarbeiter sowohl unten an der Station als auch oben im Eisgrad ist alle sehr nett und kompetent. Wir kommen seit viele Jahren und bekommen immer einen super Service.

Ich war wieder sehr zufrieden. Jetzt, Mitte April lief alles sehr ruhig ab; es gab keine Wartezeiten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind kompetent, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kompetent bei der Auswahl der richtigen Skier für den schweren Aprilschnee und bei der Beratung im Einkauf. Freundlich bei allen Fragen und bei der Begrüßung bzw. Empfang. Hilfsbereit beim An- und Ausziehen der Skischuhe, aber auch beim Hochtragen der Skier aus dem Keller, für einen 86-jährigen Skifahrer eine große Hilfe. Einmal kam Tomo sogar vor das Geschäft, um mir die Skier abzunehmen und reinzutragen. Wo gibt es das noch? Nach Lech fahre ich schon über 50 Jahre; jetzt bin Intersportfan.

Wie in jedem Jahr seit 2016 (abgesehen von einer kurzen Coronapause) haben wir unsere gesamte Ausrüstung zu dritt in der Bergstation Gamsgarten des Stubaier Gletschers geliehen. Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden und werden bei unseren nächsten Besuchen wieder auf den tollen Service zurückgreifen! Ein ganz besonders großes Lob gilt Claudia, die nicht nur ausgesprochen freundlich, sondern sich auch mehr als kompetent und ohne jegliche Scheu vor Zusatzarbeit (viele Skischuhe bereitstellen und Schnallen versetzen/umschrauben) bemüht hat, die beste Lösung für meine "verbauten" Füße/Beine zu finden! I was impressed by the use of Intersport's sophisticated foot scanning measuring equipment. Consequently the ski boots provided to me were a perfect fit and very comfortable during my whole 6 day rental period. Such great fitting boots is a rare experience for me, as I have wide feet and normally after a few days of wearing ski boots my feet start to ache! Thank you to the Intersport team at the rental shop in Nassereinbahn, St Anton, Austria.

Was nicht geklappt hatte, dass das von mir gewünschte Board wie von mir angegeben nicht im Laden war. Aber dadurch durfte ich zwei Boards testen was auch super war - Danke. Ausserdem fand ich es mehr als fair, dass wir die Leihkosten für den ungenutzten Tag wieder zurückerstattet bekommen haben! Rund um Top. Vielen Dank.

Grundplatte der Snowboardbindundg nicht richtig verschraubt (Anmietung Nasserein). Die Kollegen an der Gallzigbahn waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, Problem wurde schnell behoben. Top!!! Gerne wieder und macht weiter so.

Toller, sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Wir sind noch nie enttäuscht worden. Es gibt auch immer die Möglichkeit das Leihmaterial im Anschluss für einen fairen Preis zu kaufen.
