Der Mitarbeiter am Verleih war sehr geduldig und verständnisvoll. Es wurde alles getan, bis die richtigen Schuhe gefunden waren. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen, ist der Service, dass Ski und Schuhe zum Hotel gebracht wurden. Jetzt muss Intersport Frühstückl nur noch ein Frühstückskaffee während der Wartezeit anbieten, dann wäre es schon fast zu perfekt.

I was immensely impressed by the team in the Intersport in the Schlosshotel in Kitzbuhel. They went out of their way to be helpful and gave useful suggestions about the resort. They were always friendly and welcoming. The equipment seemed to be thoughtfully chosen and was excellent, suited me perfectly. Their excellent service added to the enjoyment of the holiday.
