Ich habe vorab wegen Reservierung angerufen und wurde gebeten online zu reservieren. Das war sehr einfach, nachdem das Paket tel. geklärt war. Die Qualitätsstufe bedurfte allerdings der Empfehlung des Shops. Danke hierfür!! Das empfohlenen Material stellte sich als sehr geeignet heraus und war in sehr gutem Zustand. Laut Skilehrerin hätten die Stöcke 5cm kürzer sein können. Da ich nochmal nach Damüls komme, werde ich das Feedback bei der erneuten Leihe umsetzen. Sehr gut fand ich die unkomplizierte Verlängerung der Leihe um 1 Tag. Danke dafür.

Thank you for your service. Your staff are friendly and efficient and the rental process is fast and easy. We really appreciate being able to rent at one location and return at another as we stayed in both St Anton and Lech. One of our skiers has a disability and the staff was very understanding and helped provide the appropriate equipment for her. The flexibility of changing equipment during the rental period is also great. One of our party who usually snow boards was able to try out skiing. We will definitely rent with Intersport again in the future.

Fantastic shop - everyone was very friendly, experienced, and quick to get me fitted out with skis and boots. It was very easy to rent and store my ski equipment overnight. When I had a ski boot issue, I went back to the shop and one of the employees was quick to identify an issue and swap out the boots. Thank you for the great experience!

The store manager, I believe she's the young woman, was very polite and accommodating to the customer's requests, especially very small ones. I would advise her staff to adopt the same approach, as treating a customer poorly and superficially is enough to keep them from coming back. Thank you.
