Ausrüstung Abholen/Zurückbringen hat reibungslos geklappt. Gerne wieder. Toll wäre eine anteilige Rückerstattung der Leihgebühr bei vorzeitiger Rückgabe wegen spontaner Verletzung (und ärztlichem Nachweis) während der Verleihzeit. Die Ausrüstung könnte ja so anderweitig wieder verliehen werden.

Rundum perfekter Service! Reservierung, Abwicklung, Material, Beratung, Freundlichkeit - einfach nur klasse! Besser kann man sich das wirklich nicht wünschen. :-) Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich enorm viel Zeit für die Beratung und empfehlen Ausrüstung, die optimal zu den Wünschen und Bedürfnissen des Kunden passt. Wir haben absolute Top-Ski bekommen - zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Unsere (hohen) Erwartungen wurden damit nicht nur erfüllt, sondern bei Weitem übertroffen! I dealt with 6 staff in your shop for various needs. All were friendly and helpful. Liked how quick everything was and the flexibility to swap equipment as needed, for example to be able to ski more aggressively when on my own and more sedately when with my 7 year old -- although in the end I didn't need it. Thank you! I have my own ski equipment but it's easier to hire from a shop like yours than to navigate an airport with my own while also managing my kid's stuff.

Alles war wie immer super. V. a. die Hilfe beim Skischuwechsel und Skitragen, worum mich andere beneiden. Tomo, Theodor, Michael und der Souschef sind ein tolles team. We preordered online. By far the most efficient and best organized ski rental I had so far. We were done in less than 30min for three persons and everything worked out well. Even switching shoes was not a big deal. Return in 10min. Very friendly.

Ich hatte einen Premium-Ski gemietet. Bei einem entsprechenden 'Premium'-Ski hatte ich eine etwas weniger abgefahrene Kante erwartet. Fairerweise muss ich jedoch anmerken, dass ich die Möglichkeit gehabt hätte, den Ski jederzeit umzutauschen, was ich jedoch auch nicht genutzt habe. Dennoch wollte ich dies kurz anmerken. Ansonsten war ich aber mit dem Service und dem Material Happy :-)
