Euer Service war mega! Bei Abholung war alles vorbereitet, die Ausleihe ging sehr schnell. Am letzten Leihtag konnten wir leider aufgrund eines technischen Defekt die Eisgratbahn nicht nutzen und damit auch nicht die Leihausrüstung aus dem Depot Eisgrat nutzen. Für euch war es selbstverständlich, dass wir im Gamsgarten für den letzten Tag eine Leihausrüstung bekamen. So geht 100% Kundenservice, vielen vielen vielen Dank dafür!!!! Ihr macht euren Job sehr gut !!!!!! Einfach toll !!!!!!

Warum gebe ich nur 4 Sterne bei der Qualität? Wobei der Ausdruck Qualität wohl nicht zutreffend ist. Es geht eher um individuelle Bedürfnisse. Für mich hätten die Kanten schärfer geschliffen werden können. Aber, wie geschrieben, das ist mein persönlicher Anspruch. Und wohl "Jammern" auf hohem Niveau. Ich kann den Standort wirklich sehr empfehlen und werde auch selbst gerne wieder vorbeikommen. Danke an das ganze Team für ihren tollen Service!

Tomo at Sporthaus Lech was absolutely fantastic - super helpful, very friendly and always assisted my group with a smile despite the multiple times we popped back for various reasons. Wie haben oben am Berg geliehen. Der Filialleiter und seine Crew waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl manchmal ganz schön viel Trubel war. Das ganze Team war sehr Service orientiert und die geliehenen Schuhe waren so bequem, dass ich sie nach 2 Tagen gekauft habe. Vielen Dank an euch- es hat mir sehr gut bei euch gefallen!
