Wir wollten 5 Tage Ski fahren mussten aber 2x buchen je 2,5 Tage . Hat auch alles wunderbar funktioniert nur beim 2x mal könnten wir nicht in Gondel 🚠 einsteigen, weil die Karte nicht funktioniert hat… Dann wieder an die Kasse die Karten umtauschen oben noch einmal einchecken und das mit 3 kleinen Kinder Wii sind mit 8 Personen eingereist.Am Schluss hat alles geklappt aber viel Zeit verloren. Es war wie immer einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub wünschen euch alles alles Liebe und bis bald . Wir kommen wieder!!!

J’avais pris l’assurance annulation et j’attends un remboursement pour les deux premiers jours de location. En raison des intempéries nous n’avons pris nos skis qu’à partir du mercredi et le gérant m’a assuré qu’il avait fait le nécessaire pour que j’obtienne un remboursement pour la location des deux premiers jours. Il m’avait bien prévenu que cela prendrait certainement 7 jours mais cela fait maintenant deux semaines. Pouvez-vous m’informer de ce qu’il en est?

Vielen Dank für die besten Ski ever! Schade, sind die so teuer zu kaufen. Aber ich habe den Tag genossen, die Ski haben alles mitgemacht, voll und ganz zufrieden mit denen. Kein Zittern, wenn man mal schneller unterwegs ist, nichts. Das hatte ich noch nie. Unglaublich direkte Übertragung auf den Ski. Herzlichen Dank!

My second visit to The Great Valluga, also rented with you last year. Same great, personal, and professional service as last year. I bought new ski boots and had them fitted. Ich habe bei einer Grösse von 163cm ein 151cm Board bekommen. Auf Anfrage hin, ob das für mich nicht ein wenig gross sei, kam die Antwort ja schon und mir wurde ein 146cm Board gegeben. Zwar ging es relativ schnell, aber für euch und mich ist das unnötig. Ich habe inzwischen online Rechner konsultiert und die vorgeschlagenen Borads waren eher noch keiner.
