Ein herzlichen Dank an die Mitarbeiter im Hause. Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Oktober 2025 vor Ort und hatten den Verleih genutzt. Nun wieder bei den gleichen Personen. Diese waren wieder super freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und sehr kompetent! Top Mitarbeiter immer wieder gerne. Wir hatten auch neue Ski gekauft, ein dickes, großes Dank an das Team 👌👌👌weiter so 💪 Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Marco

The wait is often too long. In fact I see little benefit to booking ahead because I was stuck in line behind people that did not book in advance. Perhaps it might be worth dedicating a counter to people who have pre-booked rentals with all of their details?

I suppose it is better for rental customers at the time of ski rental to guide to check-in first. Because it is the first required procedure, takes some duration to register and some people are just waiting in line at the reception not conducting check-in.

Das Team war wie immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Skiausrüstung war gut, Skier wurden sofort ausgetauscht, wenn man nicht zurechtkam. Der gebrochene Stock meiner Tochter, nach einem heftigen Sturz, wurde uns anstandslos ersetzt und nicht in Rechnung gestellt. Nächstes Mal kommen wir wie immer gerne wieder.

Vorabreservierung einfach und schnell. Die Daten werden im Konto gespeichert und können noch jederzeit geändert werden. Im Geschäft nimmt man sich trotz Andrang die notwendige Zeit und wirkt nicht gehetzt. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Die komplette Abwicklung ist zudem sehr unkompliziert und gezahlt wird erst ganz am Schluss bei der genauso unkomplizierten Rückgabe.

Ein großes Lob geht an den Lehrling, ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter junger Mann! (Kommt ursprünglich aus der Steiermark) Aus der Not heraus - da ich beim ankommen nicht in meinen Skischuh gekommen bin, habe ich mich entschlossen, den Versuch zu starten beim Geschäft Skischuhe auszuleihen. Der freundliche junge Mann meinte dann gleich, dass es besser wäre gleich Ski und Schuhe auszuborgen, da meine Skier so alt sind, werden sie vermutlich nicht mehr eingestellt werden. Somit hatte ich eine gute Ausrüstung für einen schönen Skitag! DANKE

After reserving skiis in advance on-line, we got to the store and there was literally one option of a ski in our size for each of us. As it turns out, the skiis worked very well. But I feel the representation was not accurate, and it could have been a real problem if those skiis were not in stock at the time.
