Superb friendly, knowledgeable and professional service from the whole team the Intersport Galzigbahn branch at St Anton. They equipped our whole family in record time, were always there to say hello and to chat when dropping skis off at the end of the day, and the depot facility was perfect for leaving skis and boots securely right next to the main lifts. Highly recommended.

The kids rent for free if both parents rent is a great deal. It helps to make our ski holiday possible. The free ski storage in the brundl store at the city express was great. It's handy that you can return your equipment at several different locations. Thanks for everything.

Ich verstehe nicht, wieso nach meiner Schuhgrösse gefragt wird anstatt den Fuss zu messen. Ich habe meine Schuhgrösse angegeben und habe viel zu kleine Skischuhe erhalten. Habe auch gesagt, aber mir wurde gesagt den Fuss muss einfach nach hinten und eine Piste so zu probieren. Hat natürlich nicht geklappt und ich spurte den Fuss nicht mehr, ist gefährlich.

Es war alles super. Vielen Dank PS. Leider konnten wir für unsere Ski ("alte Bindung") keine Schuhe mehr ausleihen, sondern mussten zusätzlich einen Ski ausleihen, das war schade. Vor allem hat es die Kosten getrieben. In anderen Geschäften vor Ort, war es noch möglich. Das mussten wir zusätzlich aufgrund eines Bruchs eines anderen Schuhes nutzen.

As always, the Gamsgarten INTERSPORT is full of super friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Even when it’s busy they’ve got it nailed, very efficient service. The team at Luzi (Tabea, Aline, Martin) have been great and bent over backwards to accommodate our many requests and changes. Being able to swap from snowboards to skis made our stay in Arosa twice the fun. The location of the shop is ideal, literally ski in - ski out!

Es ist einfach toll wie ihr auch mit speziellen Situationen umgehet, zb. als die Ski meiner Frau vermutlich wegen einer Verwechslung vorübergehend verschwunden waren, hat Sie einfach erst bekommen. Einfach Super weiter so. Preis Leistung ist auch sehr gut.

Great atmosphere and consistently helpful staff. Good quality equipment although well-used by the time of rental in April. Staff took time to fit boots correctly and made an immediate swap in the one case (out of six)) where a change was needed after use . Only negative was the really quite hard sell to take out additional insurance cover.

Es fehlt eine detailliertere Beschreibung der verschiedenen Kategorien ("Ski Exclusive, Ski Premium") usw. Da braucht es eine Verbesserung. Der erhaltene Kessler-Ski entsprach nicht meinem Wunsch nach einem harten Racecarver. Meinen Wunschski konnte ich aber bei der Buchung der 3 verfügbaren Kategorien nicht zuordnen, darum dachte ich, ein Race Carver wird vermutlich ein "Exclusive Ski" sein, was aber nicht der Fall war. Freundlicherweise konnte ich den Ski aber noch wechseln am MIttag, vielen Dank. Aufgefallen ist mir, dass die Preise zum Teil deutlich höher sind, als in anderen Top-Skigebieten.

Liebes Team, ich hatte als Anfänger ein Snowboard bei euch ausgeliehen. Hat mir viel Freude bereitet. Kleine Anmerkung:Mit der Zeit hat sich die Bindung etwas gelockert, wodurch meine Kurvenfahrten unsicherer wurden. Den Hinweis habe ich von einem Mitfahrer bekommen. Habe die Bindung dann wieder festgedreht. Ein Hinweis von INTERSPORT, dass man die Bindung hin und wieder nachziehen muss, wäre für einen Anfänger hilfreich gewesen. Viele Grüße und bis zum nächsten Jahr!

Very impressed with the service we received. My wife usually has a problem with her ski boots - she explained it to the staff member and he paid time and attention to fixing her up with an excellent set of boots - the most comfortable set of ski boots she has ever rented! I am more interested in control than speed with my skis - again the staff member took time to clarify my needs and provided me with a set of skis that was perfect for me. We really felt the Intersport Team wanted to ensure we rented the right equipment, and were willing to take the time and make the effort to make it so. Thank you to Patrick and Rosscoe for a top class service!
