Rented ski shoes for use with my own skies. After getting the shoes and checking how they fit, the rental shoes needed a different underplate and it costs €25 to change this. I feel like they could have given me different shoes from the start, as we saw later that they did have a lot of shoes available with the thinner underplate. Everything else was perfect.

Schade, dass man nur noch oben ausleihen kann. Wir wollen am letzten Tag auf dem anderen Berg fahren, daher ist es mit Depot blöd und ohne Depot ist es mit den Schuhen kompliziert...

So wie jedes mal, fühlten wir uns extrem gut aufgehoben. Als ich mitteilte, dass meine Tochter "über den Haufen" gefahren wurde und deshalb die Ski beschädigt wurden, kam nicht wie erwartet und auch absolut rechtmäßig die Rechnung für die Ski, sondern die Frage ob es meiner Tochter gut geht! Die Ski wurden kurzerhand ein wenig bearbeitet und Geld wollte niemand als Entschädigung. Das hat mich sehr beeindruckt und gefreut. Menschen wie diese, zeichnen doch letztlich unser Leben aus. Bei Fortgeschrittenen Fahren sollte man längere Ski ausgeben. (Ich hatte 165 cm Ski bei 185 cm Körpergröße bekommen). Ansonsten alles super.
