I wish I had got his name but a really helpful guy in your rental shop literally stopped the pain in my foot from my ski boots (my own ski boots) by cutting a foam ring and sticking it to my foot and heating my inner boot up so it gave a bit. He really was amazing! Massive thank you to him - I skiied the week without any issues after that.

Es war ein Problem, die online Kassen frühzeitig zu erkennen. Diese waren schlecht ausgeschildert. Aufgrund des Hohenaufkommens, stand man noch im Eingangsbereich, und konnte die Bildschirme mit online Reservierung nicht sofort erkennen. Somit stand man in der normalen Warteschlange, bis man die online Schalter sehen konnte, hier wäre vielleicht ein Hinweisschild von Vorteil.

Vielen Dank, dass der Verleih so unkompliziert und freundlich abgewickelt wurde! Die Ausrüstung war nach meinem Empfinden sehr sehr gut und es hat Spaß gemacht, damit zu fahren. Hoffentlich bis bald wieder!

Es war sehr viel los an diesem Tag, deshalb wäre es toll, wenn online Reservierungen separat abgeholt werden könnten. Beim Anstehen für die Skis hat zwar ein Mitarbeiter dann nach online Reservierungen gefragt, aber das könnte ja auch angeschrieben werden, sonst erspart man sich kaum Wartezeit. Bei den Schuhen ist es ev. etwas komplizierter, aber auch dort wäre ein separater Zugang für bereits bezahlte und reservierte Schuhe praktisch.

It was my first time skiing in the Alps and I must say the customer service that I had in your shop was just perfect! It's super important to feel that the equipment is good for me and to my level and because of the expertise of the staff I enjoyed every minute skiing that day! And also when I returned the equipment the staff remembered me and wanted to know how it felt and was. I wish I knew the name of the staff that helped me especially with the boots, but if it helps to identify, I was there 7.3.2026 around 9-10 A.M. I hope this feedback finds it's way to the staff, thanks a lot!!!<3

Es war leider ein wenig chaotisch. Das Personal an der Kasse (waren die einzigen die richtig Deutsch (Schweizerdeutsch) konnten, war super. Das Personal bei der Skimiete war kommunikativ schwierig. Dann habe ich am Freitag alles bestellt und bezahlt. Am Samstag war davon nichts hinterlegt. Ich musste wieder alles von vorne probieren, anstehen usw. und dann hiess es trotz Quittung das ich dies noch bezahlen müsste. Das war schon sehr mühsam und auch etwas dreist.

We were nervous returners to skiing after an eight year gap - Sylvain helped my husband by fixing a problem with his own boots which was brilliant and I was helped by having a brand new set of Nexus 110 boots which were just fantastic and super comfortable and we had a wonderful week in Wengen and cannot wait to ski again!

Ich habe über Internet einen Premium Ski gemietet. Das war eine schlechte Wahl; deshalb habe ich den Ski umgetauscht. Dann habe ich gegen Aufpreis einen Völkl erhalten. Mit diesem Ski war ich sehr zufrieden. Weil ich mich bei den Skis nicht so gut auskenne, habe ich bei der Bestellung extra notiert, dass ich in der Regel einen Stöckli SC fahre. Ich hätte erwartet, dass man mich darauf hinweist, dass der von mir bestellte Premium-Ski eine Klasse tiefer ist. Vielleicht wäre ein kurzes Gespräch bei der Uebergabe des Mietgegenstandes hilfreich.

The Nordica/BOA system boots were the best I've ever rented. I think the tech-enhanced measurement bay helped the team select a very well-fitting boot. I never got cramping in my feet, my feet weren't cold and I had no pain in my shins.
