Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Vielleicht könnten jedoch die Schlangen beim anstehen deutlicher sein, bzw. einige Mitarbeiter deutlicher kenntlich machen, wenn sie "frei" sind. Es kam vor, dass Menschen auf eine freie Person für ihre Skier warteten, ein Mitarbeiter beschäftigt wirkte, als ein anderer Kunde ihn jedoch ansprach, dieser diesen Kunden direkt bediente. Andere Mitarbeiter gingen besser auf die Kunden zu und fragten, sobald sie Zeit hatten direkt in die Runde, wer nun an der Reihe sei, oder dass man auch zu ihm kommen könne.

The staff were so helpful and friendly as beginners made us feel confident with equipment and welcome. Would highly recommend as all the equipment was new and excellent quality. Also extremely easy to collect and return.

Once again : fantastic service and fantastic experience 6 stars. A special thanks again to Andy that not only is able to remember me and my daughter year after year, he also have been so kind and attentive to grant me the same ski model of last year as I asked in my reservation note. I have rented skis in Europe in 4 countries and approximately 20 locations and I have never experienced a top quality service like Intersport Rendl St Anton! Congratulations to you!

The two gents who were in the rent station were fantastic as I had issues with the boots causing inflammation in my feet. They knew what the issue was and found a better pair of boots which fitted well and stopped further inflammation. I would recommend them based on how efficient they were.

Da war ein Check-In beim Eingang. Ich wusste nicht, ob ich ein Check-In machen musste, obwohl ich bereits reserviert hatte. Was heisst Check-In? Das mache ich in einem Hotel nachdem ich reserviert hatte. War also nicht ganz klar. Das ist keine Kritik, sondern einfach nur ein Gedanke. Nachdem ich gefragt hatte, war alles klar.
