Der INTERSPORT Rent an der Fleckalmbahn hat gut gelauntes Personal und durch den beheizten Raum mit den Locker / Spindschränken ist der Start auf die Piste so viel angenehmer, dass Alternativen gar nicht in Frage kommen.

Wir wurden auch dieses Jahr wieder super betreut – mittlerweile das zweite Jahr, dass wir hier unsere Ski mieten. Die Beratung ist ehrlich und total hilfreich. Letztes Jahr wurde uns sogar geraten, trotz fast neuer Skischuhe ein neues Paar in der richtigen Größe zu kaufen – und das hat meine Ski-Erfahrung wirklich um Welten verbessert! Das Team ist mega geduldig, aufmerksam und einfach richtig freundlich. Man fühlt sich hier echt als Kunde willkommen. In der Filiale merkt man auch sofort, dass das Team unter Simons Leitung richtig gut zusammenarbeitet und Spaß hat. Die Stimmung ist top, alle geben sich Mühe und sind für die Kunden da – sowas sieht man heute nicht mehr oft. Viel positive Energie, super Service und top gepflegtes Material. Weiter so!

There was lots of snow first night after picking up my online order, shop at the top of the lift swapped to powder skiis appropriate for the conditions the rest of the week without a quibble. Both were top brands and great skiis for their respective appropriate conditions.

This is one of the most efficient rental shops I have ever been in. We were in an out in about 15 mins. No queues no fuss. They digitally measure your feet so the fit was absolutely perfect. I was allowed to change my skis for snowboard and back very quickly and easily.

Die Jungs und Mädels verstehen ihren Job. Sehr guter Skiverleih! Das Material war in einem top Zustand und die Beratung wirklich kompetent und freundlich. Besonders positiv: Ich konnte die Skier am nächsten Tag völlig unkompliziert tauschen. Auch die Beratung in Richtung Kauf war offen, ehrlich und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Zum ersten Mal war der Depotraum für die gemieteten Skis und Schuhe schon komplett ausgebucht als wir unsere Ausrüstungen mieteten. Das Personal bot uns in einer Ecke im Geschäft selber einen Platz an, an dem wir die Ausrüstungen deponieren konnten. Das war sehr freundlich. vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!

Ein grosses Lob insbesondere an den Mitarbeiter im Ettlinger Outlet Talstrasse mit der Brille und den dunkleren Locken - er hat trotz extremem Andrang allen einen exzellenten Service inklusive Sonderwünschen in der bestmöglichen Zeit ermöglicht. Neben einer Gehaltserhöhung hat er sich vor allem verdient, von seinem Arbeitgeber in Zukunft nicht mehr allein gelassen zu werden in der Schicht, wenn doch klar ist, dass Hochsaison ist. Der Typ ist zwar enorm belastbar, aber man muss es nicht übertreiben, einen weiteren Kollegen in der Rush hour darf man schon einteilen!

Services by hiring was top. It was not easy to make a reservation, although I knew that it was possible after many years before of hiring the ski-stock at Hochjoch. What we feel as a missing in the service is the closing-tome of 16:00 hour, while the lifts ends at 16:30. Please close 15 of 20 minutes later to be able to ski the maximum of time.
