Ausrüstung Abholen/Zurückbringen hat reibungslos geklappt. Gerne wieder. Toll wäre eine anteilige Rückerstattung der Leihgebühr bei vorzeitiger Rückgabe wegen spontaner Verletzung (und ärztlichem Nachweis) während der Verleihzeit. Die Ausrüstung könnte ja so anderweitig wieder verliehen werden.

I dealt with 6 staff in your shop for various needs. All were friendly and helpful. Liked how quick everything was and the flexibility to swap equipment as needed, for example to be able to ski more aggressively when on my own and more sedately when with my 7 year old -- although in the end I didn't need it. Thank you! I have my own ski equipment but it's easier to hire from a shop like yours than to navigate an airport with my own while also managing my kid's stuff.

Ein wirklich liebes Team vor Ort. Auch die Option das Material zu wechseln war super, so konnten wir nicht nur zwischen Ski und Snowboard wechseln, sondern auch andere Ski noch mal ausprobieren!

Familiär geführter Verleih in dem man sich sofort wohl und sehr gut beraten fühlt. Es macht hier einfach Spaß und der Service ist top. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

Ich hatte einen Premium-Ski gemietet. Bei einem entsprechenden 'Premium'-Ski hatte ich eine etwas weniger abgefahrene Kante erwartet. Fairerweise muss ich jedoch anmerken, dass ich die Möglichkeit gehabt hätte, den Ski jederzeit umzutauschen, was ich jedoch auch nicht genutzt habe. Dennoch wollte ich dies kurz anmerken. Ansonsten war ich aber mit dem Service und dem Material Happy :-)

Superb friendly, knowledgeable and professional service from the whole team the Intersport Galzigbahn branch at St Anton. They equipped our whole family in record time, were always there to say hello and to chat when dropping skis off at the end of the day, and the depot facility was perfect for leaving skis and boots securely right next to the main lifts. Highly recommended.

Ich verstehe nicht, wieso nach meiner Schuhgrösse gefragt wird anstatt den Fuss zu messen. Ich habe meine Schuhgrösse angegeben und habe viel zu kleine Skischuhe erhalten. Habe auch gesagt, aber mir wurde gesagt den Fuss muss einfach nach hinten und eine Piste so zu probieren. Hat natürlich nicht geklappt und ich spurte den Fuss nicht mehr, ist gefährlich.
