If I could give more than 5 stars for atmosphere and staff I would - the staff were so friendly and helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to help one of my friends who had trouble with their boots after day 1 and took the time to help find her the right pair for her narrow feet.

Wir haben eine Depot Box für 4 Personen gemietet. Am Morgen regnete es draußen und wir zogen uns trocken um, ließen unsere Schuhe und Stiefel in der Box und gingen auf die Piste. Nach der Rückkehr von der Piste legten wir unsere nassen Skier und Stöcke, Schuhe, Helme und Handschuhe in die Box und holten sie am Morgen zum Trocknen heraus. Absolut großartig und sehr zu empfehlen.

Absolutely excellent, professional and friendly service. I was listened to, and the gear was in decent shape. On the second day I was asked for feedback and due to that feedback, I got a different snowboard, which made an enormous difference in riding the snowboard that day. There was basically nothing wrong with the first snowboard but could have been a bit stiffer due to the new snow. "Okay is not a good enough" I was told :) Extra thanks to Alex and Felix(?) at the Gamsgaten Bergstation Intersport at Stubaier Gletscher. They set a high bar for customer service in any business. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.
