We were helped in a very friendly and professional manner. Even though we arrived shortly before closing time to pick up our pre-booked ski equipment, the staff took plenty of time for us and were extremely helpful. Because we arrived late, we did not yet have our ski passes and could not link them to the lockers. This was handled very smoothly: the shop provided us with temporary cards, which we were able to exchange easily the following day. Halfway through the rental period, one of the ski poles broke and was replaced immediately without any discussion. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service, the helpful staff, and the convenience of the storage facilities. We will definitely rent here again on our next ski trip.

Tomo was particularly helpful and friendly but all staff were friendly and professional. The equipment was good quality and selected specific to our needs We had to change one pair of boots after day 1 and Tomo couldn’t have been more helpful. Return process just as easy and efficient.

Immer wieder gerne! Die Abholung am Vortag ist super. Dass die Kinderausrüstung kostenfrei ist, wenn man zwei Skisets für Erwachsene ausleiht, ist ebenfalls top. Wenn man dann auch noch ADAC-Mitglied ist und einen weiteren Rabatt bekommt, ist das unglaublich gut.
