Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de ce type de vélos, on nous a bien attribué des vélos de taille différente mais au final nous n'avons pas essayé plus que ça avant de partir. L'un des vélos était trop grand pour la personne l'utilisant, un peu handicapant à force sur la journée, dommage de ne pas nous avoir mieux orienté ou fait tester la hauteur (taille du cadre)

I entered the shop in grindelvald terminal wher I was kindly instructed where should I go for the service I needed. In sunset hotel shop, the agent instructed me in a professional and kind manner including a nice rout and fire price ( it was the end of the day)

There was only one employee at the rental shop, and the line was too long. That said, the lone employee was very capable and hardworking, though clearly overworked. The same was true when returning the rented equipment.

Very friendly and helpful service. Offered advice when I was undecided about boot size/fit and gave an offer for help at another branch during the first day - didn't need it but the suggestion was really reassuring. Thank you
