Bikemiete INTERSPORT Central Sport Wengen

Zum ersten Mal war der Depotraum für die gemieteten Skis und Schuhe schon komplett ausgebucht als wir unsere Ausrüstungen mieteten. Das Personal bot uns in einer Ecke im Geschäft selber einen Platz an, an dem wir die Ausrüstungen deponieren konnten. Das war sehr freundlich. vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!

There were long queues when we picked up the equipment but I guess this is inevitable if everyone wants to collect their equipment at the same time. I think the team in the shop were working as quickly as possible, and were friendly and efficient, I don’t think anything can be done to improve this unfortunately.

The team did a fabulous job supporting me with my rental equipment, making sure I was comfortable in my gear. Service was very efficient, and if I had any issues throughout the day with my gear I was welcome to come back and try new equipment. One thing that really stood out for me was that, since this was my first time snowboarding, the team thought it was wise for me to have wrist guards. I think these were essential to me not hurting my wrists during my many falls, and I really appreciate that the team took the initiative to consider my skill level and how it related to my safety to ensure my rental experience was personalised. I would highly recommend the Intersport Wengen team and will use them for my subsequent visits to Wengen.
