The equipment was like new and worked flawlessly. Check in and out was simple and the staff was great. This was the highlight of our trip!

Great staff and equipment. I rented an eMTB and they were very helpful with planning my ride and making sure I felt comfortable with everything before I took off. All things worked smoothly from booking to drop off!

Es hatte keine anderen Leute im Laden. Die Bedienung war also schnell, aber die Einführung etwas langatmig :-) könnte speditiver sein. Leider gab es nur noch Velos in S und XL, die Ms waren weg. Wir wurden informiert, dass die nachbestellten noch nicht da sind und eine grosse Reservierung alle Ms bezogen hatte. Das war verständlich. Ein Velo war top und neu, das andere schien etwas älter und nicht ganz gepumpt (?). Soweit alles gut gegangen. Danke vielmals
