Emiliano and Semmel in intersport at Pfefferkorn hotel, Lech were fantastic their knowledge of the kit and the area were much appreciated. Very friendly and keen to help. Great customer service.

I didn't get on so well with the first pair of skis but loved the ones I changed to on day 2. There was no problem with changing and I was offered a few options. Friendly staff and efficient rental of good quality equipment

I’m not surprised that the shops are clean and well organized or that the equipments is I’m excellent condition. But I’m always delighted at how friendly and helpful the staff is. I also love that I can swap out the equipment as often as I like (although I rarely do). And the insurance is a minor cost and so worthwhile for complete peace of mind.
