It’s pre season skiing and the shop was not busy with rentals for the whole week…
In my mind It would be fair that you will be compensated on your equipment for days that the lifts were closed and you can not use the skies.
but that wasn’t the case - their explanation was that you had to bring it to the shop everyday to check it in ( and if you had to leave the gear up top? ) they gave a car rental analogy…
it’s a small town and everyone knows when the lifts closes or opens for skiers especially on these pre season days, I thought they could have been more forthcoming..

They attendant misaligned the bindings where one ski fit the boot and the other was much larger. I noticed when I got to the top of the mountain and had to come down and get it fixed by the intersport location at the base, which was annoying and time consuming. The shop was also relatively far from the base, where another one was right there. Had I known the difference I would have chosen the former.
Magda was very helpful at check in. Our skis were waiting for us when we arrived. She let me switch to a slightly longer and stiffer ski. The edges were tuned perfectly for the scratchy conditions in the afternoon. Overall, we were very happy with the service and the condition of our equipment. Much easier than lugging our skis over from the US. Thank you.
