The man who measured our feet was great. My other half has very high arches and it was the first time renting boots that someone saw that and chose boots to actually fit rather than just grabbing the nearest boots of the right size. A small thing but made a real difference to the enjoyment of the holiday. I wish I had asked his name so I could commend him properly in this feedback. Thanks.
