Quality was based on the first bike I got. It had fairly poor suspension - the Rockshox Judy were not great for the type of riding in Sölden, but the guys in the store sorted out a much nicer spec of bike which changed my riding experience in the trails. They were very helpful throughout the 5 days of rental
