Tomo was fantastic he is a credit to the company. He was so helpful and accommodating and just an overall lovely guy. 1st class service and aftercare. Highly recommend.

The boys were really kind and carried our skis up the stairs some of the days (whilst we put our boots on). We also chatted to one of the technicians about how we buy skis and what to look for - he was really helpful.

Ein ganz toller Shop mit super Lage zur Schlegelkopfbahn. Das Herzstück sind aber die Mitarbeitenden. Selten haben wir uns in einem Shop so willkommen gefühlt. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist Tomo, der einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Und das ungefragt und immer wieder. Skischuhe aus an oder Skier aus dem Depot holen. Einfach klasse. Aber auch Thorsten war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit und alle anderen auch. Ganz ganz tolles Team. Danke für alles.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Ski collection was quick, easy, and well organised, with no stress at all. The location is extremely convenient, which made the whole experience even smoother. Highly recommended.
