Ich würde vorschlagen für Personen mit Onlinereservierungen einen speziellen Stand einzurichten. Mir wurde nämlich trotz Onlinereservierung empfohlen mich hinten in der langen Warteschlange (diese Personen hatten definitiv keine Reservierungen) anzustellen. Nach meiner Urgenz wurde ich dann allerdings schnell und hervorragend bedient.
