My skis were taken by someone else at the top of the hill. I am sure it was an error, but it left me without skis. I called your shop and they were AMAZING. They didn't blame me, and worked out a solution. I went to another location, got new skis adjusted and was on my way. Seamless. Thank you!

Danke waren mit der Bedienung sehr zufrieden. Meine Ski waren so-so-la-la, aber ich hätte ja auch wechseln können, war aber dann zu faul :-)). Danke bis nächstes Jahr
