I’d like to call out how particularly kind the team members were in supporting a nervous older skier who needed an equipment change to help with navigating the spring skiing conditions. They were friendly, supportive, understanding and gently encouraging and humorous. Please thank them. They are a good bunch!!

Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Mitarbeiter bei der Ausgabe und Auswahl der Ausrüstung. Schuhe haben super gepaßt, der Ski fuhr sich ebenfalls super. Schnelle Abwickung und Ausgabe der Ausrüstung (wir hatten online vorbestellt) Bin rundum zufrieden.

Probably the best ski shop I have ever rented from. Superb customer service and a thoroughly pleasant experience. Sound advice and a willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our equipment. A particular shout out for Tomo helping my wife with her skis at the start and end of the day when she was tired. I would recommend this shop to anyone and would not hesitate using it again.

Your Swedish employee (from Malmo) gave me a very good advice and rented me the perfect ski's for my purpose. I always stay on the prepared slopes and have a mix with curves and speed. I was very happy with the equipment.

Simon in your St Anton shop (on the roundabout) is an absolute legend. So much fun & welcoming. He kept engaging with us throughout our stay and helped us swap skis. I'd go back just to say hi to Simon. What a legend!

Der Mitarbeiter am Verleih war sehr geduldig und verständnisvoll. Es wurde alles getan, bis die richtigen Schuhe gefunden waren. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen, ist der Service, dass Ski und Schuhe zum Hotel gebracht wurden. Jetzt muss Intersport Frühstückl nur noch ein Frühstückskaffee während der Wartezeit anbieten, dann wäre es schon fast zu perfekt.
