Seit Jahren dieselben erfahrenen Mitarbeiter. Wenn man regisiteiert ist, steht mam nach 20 Minuten voll ausgerüstet an der Seilbahnstation. Schon cool, wenn man dass ganze Zeugs nicht anschleppen muss 😉⛷️

On my first day, 11/Jan, I forgot my ski boots on the #124 bus and when I realised what happened, Ernest, a kind bus driver drove me back up to Bodmi to check and then told me to phone the office of the bus station when it opens on Monday morning. I told David at Intersport Graf and he gave me another pair of ski boots & made a note to phone the station on my behalf. On Monday, 12/1, I went back in and without my asking, Lizzie told me my boots were returned; I was so happy I forgot to ask how. Thank you so much to all the Kings & Queens (Artyom/Arthur, Lizzie/Elizabeth, David, Jan/John, Eleanor) Emily & others whose names I forgot... You all made my ski trip to Grindelwald so much more memorable and I told everyone I met where to get their ski rentals. I will also leave this review on Google. Many thanks again, Tam

Es gab keine eindeutigen Anweisungen, die besagten, dass Personen, die bereits online eine Reservierung durchgeführt und bezahlt haben, die Warteschlange überspringen dürfen. Leider war dies nicht beschildert. Somit mussten wir trotzdem 30 Minuten anstehen. Da alle Fachpersonen ziemlich beschäftigt waren, konnte auch niemand gefragt werden. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es eine bessere Beschilderung und Informationen vor Ort gäbe.

Toujours très bien mais on a eu besoin pour une nuit à titre exceptionnel de laisser une paire de ski dans le magasin pour le récupérer le lendemain et on a été assez étonné de devoir payer 5 francs suisses On aurait apprécié que ce service exceptionnel et spot soit gratuit Bien cordialement

Ich empfand es als sehr praktisch, dass ich flexibel noch einen Tag hätte verlängern können, wenn ich das gebraucht hätte. Außerdem war es sehr praktisch die Ski über Nacht im Depot abstellen zu können und tagsüber dann die eigenen Schuhe.

Wir sind seit fast 20 Jahren im Shop und immer sehr zufrieden. In den letzten Jahren nutzen wir nur die Ski Schränke im Depot. Jährlich gibt es Erneuerungen, es ist ausreichend Platz zum anziehen - insgesamt eine schöne Atmosphäre! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bought skis and boots after trying them, didn't get good help on the first day early in the morning but after i came back i got someone who had a lot of experience and helped me find the perfect fitting boots and fun skis. Thanks!

I’m not surprised that the shops are clean and well organized or that the equipments is I’m excellent condition. But I’m always delighted at how friendly and helpful the staff is. I also love that I can swap out the equipment as often as I like (although I rarely do). And the insurance is a minor cost and so worthwhile for complete peace of mind.

The guy at the shop was very helpful. I'm a beginner that knows some basics and wanted ski's that were easy to turn. He advised me to take ski's that were shorter, but not too quick to come off since i already knew some basics. He also gave me some tips for beginnes slopes. All in all very helpful and friendly.

For the second year, this ski rental shop provided UNBELIEVABLE service - friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, flexible. The system works really well and the staff are excellent, with special thanks and credit to Felix, Claudia, Sandra and Flavio. Decent value for money, too, and the overnight storage was simply amazing!! Thank you once again - we will be back!

Sehr positive Erfahrung beim Skiverleih! Die Beratung war perfekt – kompetent, freundlich, lustig und effizient. Innerhalb von nur 10 Minuten hatte ich die passenden Skischuhe, Ski und Stöcke. Obwohl ich drei Paar Schuhe ausprobiert habe, wurde geduldig beraten, bis das letzte Paar perfekt gepasst hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

One of the people on the front desk (forgot their name) was wonderful. My daughters first time skiing and he was brilliant. Without being rude, a South Asian (Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Indian) gentleman without glasses. Really fantastic person!

The staff couldn't have been more friendly. My wife wanted to change her skis on day 2 and they were absolutely happy and just wanted to make sure she got skis that suited her. Every day - a member of staff would carry our skis up to the entrance after we changed into our boots. It has a great location - just opposite the main ski lifts.
