Euer Service war mega! Bei Abholung war alles vorbereitet, die Ausleihe ging sehr schnell. Am letzten Leihtag konnten wir leider aufgrund eines technischen Defekt die Eisgratbahn nicht nutzen und damit auch nicht die Leihausrüstung aus dem Depot Eisgrat nutzen. Für euch war es selbstverständlich, dass wir im Gamsgarten für den letzten Tag eine Leihausrüstung bekamen. So geht 100% Kundenservice, vielen vielen vielen Dank dafür!!!! Ihr macht euren Job sehr gut !!!!!! Einfach toll !!!!!!

Tomo at Sporthaus Lech was absolutely fantastic - super helpful, very friendly and always assisted my group with a smile despite the multiple times we popped back for various reasons. Top guy and a huge credit to the Intersport team. If we're ever back in Lech skiing, we will be sure to use Interhaus at Sporthaus, and hopefully Tomo again!

Wie haben oben am Berg geliehen. Der Filialleiter und seine Crew waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl manchmal ganz schön viel Trubel war. Das ganze Team war sehr Service orientiert und die geliehenen Schuhe waren so bequem, dass ich sie nach 2 Tagen gekauft habe. Vielen Dank an euch- es hat mir sehr gut bei euch gefallen!

As a complete beginner, I was a bit nervous about renting ski equipment, but my experience with Intersport Ski and Snowboard Rental couldn’t have been better. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the equipment. I really appreciated how they listened to my concerns and helped me choose gear that was suitable for a beginner, which made a huge difference to my confidence on the slopes. The equipment itself was in excellent condition and very comfortable to use. The fitting process was smooth and not overwhelming at all, which I was worried about beforehand. Nothing felt rushed, and I always felt supported. What stood out the most was how encouraging and approachable the team were. They made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable, even for someone with no prior experience. I would highly recommend Intersport to any beginners looking to rent ski or snowboard equipment. They made my first experience stress-free and enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
