Tommo and the team could not do more for me and my family. Particularly helping the kids get ready to get out to the slopes early. The process is very simple once your details are in the system. Skis and boots were ready to go so we got a bonus hour on the slopes when we arrived, despite the depot being very busy. Despite not being 100% sure if I had a place for skis in the depot on arrival, it was all sorted when I got there. Probably just my awkward feet, but I changed from a hard boot to a softer one after a couple of days. Pros and Cons to each, but at least the softer wider boot was less painful. Prices are competitive, particularly for big family. Final point, 2 of my kids decided they wanted to switch to off-piste skis (there was so much snow). Toby sorted them out with skis and made some calls for packs and beepers. No joy, but we at least had suggestions from him on where to try in Lech and Sportalp came up trumps. Overall we had another great week in Lech and much of it was down to the efficient and friendly service in Intersport Sporthaus Lech.

The two employees were SO helpful and welcoming - really impressive given how many people they must deal with - many employees in this position would appear weary and jaded (even bad-tempered!), but not these two!! Nothing was too much trouble

We absolutely loved renting our equipment at intersport. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Tomo literally made our daily experience so smooth and pleasant with being helpful with the gear for us and the kids and his pleasant demeanor. Will rent again with these guys.

Euer Team war super. Bestes Erlebnis ever. Es war das siebte Mal, daß wir bei Intersport in St Anton unser Equipment gemietet haben und mit Abstand das beste Mal. Das Team war super freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Der Laden ist gemütlich und die Ausrüstung super. Valluga ist der beste Shop in St Anton. Zusammen mit dem wahnsinnigen Schnee einfach eine super Woche. Vielen Dank.

Excellent service ! I wanted to change my ski boots immediately after I did the first slope, they were too big for me. So I changed them at the shop close to the entrance of the skilift at the bottom of the slope which was not the same location as where I rented them. Super practical to the choice out of so many shops :)

Everyone at Central Sport was really helpful - they stayed open late on the evening of our arrival and were also happy to help us swap over a set of boots halfway through. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Der Intersport Glanzer an der Gaislachkogl Talstation ist wirklich top. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass manches Personal "nur" englisch spricht. Englisch sprechendes Personal ist klar super wichtig bei der internationalen Kundschaft, aber deutsch sollten sie schon auch können. Sonst bin ich wirklich seit fast 30 Jahren top zufriedener Kunde in dem Geschäft...

Picking up our equipment at the ski rental shop was perfectly arranged. There were plenty of staff available to help us, both in German and English, and they were very friendly. Even with a group of nine people, including children, we were helped incredibly quickly. We used the depot service as well—checking in and out each day was easy. Our boots were ready for us, and the staff prepared and stored our equipment daily. Even when someone had trouble with their ski boots, there was always a helping hand right away. Truly excellent service!

Der Herr, der meine Skischuhe angepasst hat, wirkte etwas genervt von dem ganzen Vorgang. Fast so, als ob er diese Arbeit nicht wirklich gerne machte. Trotzdem hat er die Schuhe und Skier gut eingestellt. Alle anderen Angestellten, mit denen ich zu tun hatte, sowohl an der Kasse als auch eine andere Mitarbeiterin, waren freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unfortunately there were no more poles in my size available. I came back three days to check, but nothing was arranged. I had to ski a whole week with poles which were at least 10 cm to tall.

GEORG in your Wengen shop was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. (Much more than some others on the sales team, who seemed tolerant, but not particularly friendly to customers.) I really appreciated Georg's helpful information and great attitude. Overall, the flow of the service was well organized.

Wir haben zwei Mal Depot Ski und Skischuhe gebucht. Gemäss dem Bild im Internet ist dies ein Kasten. Vor Ort haben wir jedoch ein Fach für die Skischuhe und eine Möglichkeit für die Ski getrennt erhalten, da die Kasten bereits ausgebucht waren. Für mich ist es irreführend, wenn im Internet ein falsches Bild dargestellt wird resp. in der heutigen Zeit ist es kein Problem, dass eine Meldung "ausgebucht" erscheinen sollte. Fazit: Wir haben nicht dies bekommen, was wir gebucht haben - gemäss Preisliste haben wir aber weniger bezahlt.

La meme personne qui a donné a ma fille des dkis trop grands, quand on est retourné le lendemain, il disait lui-meme que les skis étaient trop grands... il n'y a pas jne approche consistente concermant les mesures des chaussures de skis non plus, l'un qui dit que ca doit etre un numero plus grand, l'autre qui dit Que ca doit etre plus fixe.
