Verkaufsteam hatte mich als Kunden nicht wirklich wahrgenommen, Es war kein Stress im Geschäft, so das ich noch Verständnis gehabt hätte. Beim Abgeben kein "und wie wars""bist du zufrieden gewesen" das hat mich sehr enttäuscht und daher habe ich dann auch die Qualität nicht angesprochen. Für die vermeintliche "Premium" Qualität hätte ich einen Slalomski erhofft der auch richtig geschliffene Kanten hätte, diese waren aber wirklich nicht ganz so wie es sich für einen Slalomski gehört. Ich bin das nicht umtauschen gegangen da ich genügend gut fahren konnte, ich denke einfach es wäre noch mehr Spass gewesen wenn es ordentlich vorbereitete Skis gewesen wären. Die Skischuhe/Stöcke waren prima.

Brilliant customer service from Stephen and "Bayern Munich" had an issue with bootsxwhich they sorted straight away at no extra cost. Rental included daily storage. All staff an absolute asset to the business.

Always use the Sporthaus St Anton store as the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the equipment on hire is top notch. The staff know their stuff and sort our gear out without fuss or undue waiting. The store location is perfect and now we are regulars (been coming for 14 years), the staff recognise us that gives an even better, personal service. Thank you guys, and see you again next year!

All staff created a comfortable atmosphere each day during my ski holiday. However I wanted to mention Tomo who was above and beyond helpful.Tom also went the extra mile to choose the right fit for my ski boots on the first day. This made more enjoyable skiing throughout the holiday. He was also able to offer the best advice for connections to various resorts in the Arlberg.
