J’avais pris l’assurance annulation et j’attends un remboursement pour les deux premiers jours de location. En raison des intempéries nous n’avons pris nos skis qu’à partir du mercredi et le gérant m’a assuré qu’il avait fait le nécessaire pour que j’obtienne un remboursement pour la location des deux premiers jours. Il m’avait bien prévenu que cela prendrait certainement 7 jours mais cela fait maintenant deux semaines. Pouvez-vous m’informer de ce qu’il en est?

We ski regularly, and regularly hire skis in Intersport hire locations in France and Italy. The overall service in Zermatten Sports was very good. The only slight disappointment were the quality of skis in the highest 'Ski Exclusive' category which we paid for. I think they should have been higher quality / more premium ski brands and or models. The skis were not as good as in equivalent 'premium categories' we have hired from Intersport in France and Italy recently, yet the hire cost for the ski exclusive category was significantly more than we have paid for in both France (3 Vallees) and Italy (Cervinia). The skis were well prepared but I do think you should consider what you are providing in that category compared to Intersport locations in other countries which have more higher quality choice!

I had a reservation for an alpine ski rental and appreciated that I was able to change one day for cross country skiing. Thank you!
