The staff was really great and very attentive. We didn’t wait at all, they had our online reservation for the equipment and we are in and out in no time. One suggestion I might make is that I think if you were able to deliver the equipment to the clients accommodation, it would help to differentiate you from your competition and potentially increase your business.

Having the shop right next door to the Hotel in Zermatt was brilliant. No wait times to collect or drop off. Staff were excellent.
