My boots were a little tight which caused some pain in my toes for a few days but other than that was good.

Though the shop is small, it is very clean and staff was quick to jump to help even when some training was going on. I did not find the same in the Zermatt shop where there was also some training going on and I waited while one staff member assisted another customer. It was not until the training was over that the other staff came to help me.

The Intersport shop in Grindewald was very accommodating and we appreciate their flexibility giving us the e-bikes instead of the terminal where I booked them. I highly recommend them for your e-bike rental
