Skiverhuur INTERSPORT Graf Grindelwald

On my first day, 11/Jan, I forgot my ski boots on the #124 bus and when I realised what happened, Ernest, a kind bus driver drove me back up to Bodmi to check and then told me to phone the office of the bus station when it opens on Monday morning. I told David at Intersport Graf and he gave me another pair of ski boots & made a note to phone the station on my behalf. On Monday, 12/1, I went back in and without my asking, Lizzie told me my boots were returned; I was so happy I forgot to ask how. Thank you so much to all the Kings & Queens (Artyom/Arthur, Lizzie/Elizabeth, David, Jan/John, Eleanor) Emily & others whose names I forgot... You all made my ski trip to Grindelwald so much more memorable and I told everyone I met where to get their ski rentals. I will also leave this review on Google. Many thanks again, Tam

I suppose it is better for rental customers at the time of ski rental to guide to check-in first. Because it is the first required procedure, takes some duration to register and some people are just waiting in line at the reception not conducting check-in.
