Although the online comments were not processed beforehand, so we didn't have miniskis available when we arrived (being asked by mail and in comments), the solutions given by the sales team were incredibly satisfying. They offered us to bring them from downtown and were there the same day. Meanwhile, we were able to use other skis. Moreover, we were able to change the skis once more because on of us didn't get use to the miniskis. So leaving a part the fact that online reservation comments were not taken into account beforehand, the treat and experience with the sales team was excellent. Thank you so much!
